LEAD RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT

 

 

Reports to: Director

 

This is a unique opportunity to join an oil and gas consultancy in its early stages and have your input rewarded so in a few years time as you help KMC grow you will be rewarded financially and have the opportunity to fast track your career to director level.

 

ROLE PURPOSE

 To build, maintain and grow a successful desk and team within your chosen area of discipline and locations.  

To build your desk with current clients and to develop new business by ensuring the ongoing quality and delivery that KMC is known to provide.

 

To come in and be an integral part of KMC’s structure and future.

 

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

 

  • Build and manage a successful oil and gas permanent recruitment desk
  • Be consistent in your delivery and quality of candidates
  • Business trips to current and new clients where ever they are located, UK, UAE, US, far East.
  • Provide the highest level of service to maintain relationships and fulfil their current needs and to ensure repeat business.
  • Development  new business and market KMC in proven areas that you see fit.
  • Take full ownership of your desk
  • Maintain job boards and database
  • Utilising market knowledge to assist the business in its growth
  • Assist in driving KMC forward with new ideas and developments.
  • To source good recruitment consultants to build your own team with the support of KMC
  • To build and motivate your team, monitor and review their progress
  • Coach and mentor your team so they can exceed performance with a view of starting their own team once ready.

 

EXPERIENCE

You will already be working as a Lead recruitment advisor within Oil and Gas or have several years experience as a Senior and be ready to take the next crucial step

 

You will have a proven track record and a desire to improve and achieve more.

Coaching staff

Business development skills

Good relationship management and interpersonal skills

 

 

QUALIFICATIONS

GCSEs or equivalent

A Level or Degree level desirable but to essential.

 

REMUNERATION

  • Basic Salary £20-30K as team builds so does the basic and commission and Share options.
